Shipping
Most items are shipped in 2 to 3 weeks, and all orders are closed after 90 days, or according to your shipment instructions.

On your order form, please include the following information:

1. Title
2. Selection Source
3. Stock number (if available)
4. Price - use price from source
5. Format - for video, dvd, audio, and computer software

Order from any type of source (catalogs, text bibliographies, curriculum guides, online catalog or professional publications). We make your job easy!

Quantity Fulfillment
We recommend over-ordering by about 25%, and including a "Do Not Exceed" amount on order forms. Or simply have School Media do a quotation on your proposed order.

Prices
Remember, you get true producer pricing from School Media, saving you the catalog price mark-ups, when present. Use the prices from selection sources when ordering. We'll insert the lower price, if applicable, on your invoice!

Shipping and Handling Charges
Write in "FREE" for orders of $100 or more! Just $8 on orders under $100. (Domestic U.S.A. only, Alaska & Hawaii not included).

Back Orders
We will contact you about any back orders at 60 days and then close all orders at 90 days or per your instructions.

Returns Policy
Permission should be requested for any return. Due to the ease of duplication, videotapes, audio cassettes, and most computer programs may not be returned unless defective. Claims involving defects or errors must be made within 15 days, and return requests for other reasons must be made within 45 days. For credit to be issued, material must be received in resale condition (no labeled or marked materials or packaging). Restocking charges may apply.
